Structure and Composition:
This product consists of mask body, nose clip and mask belt, it is divided into three
layers:
The out layer is polypropylene non-woven fabric, the middle layer is polypropylene meltblown
fabric, the inner layer is polypropylene non-woven fabric or microfiber non-woven
fabric, the nose clip is made from polyethylene material or made of fine wire wrapped
by polypropylene, the mask belt is made from polyester and spandex. The product is
provided in a non-sterile form.
Performance Indicators :
1.BFE ≥ 95%.
2.Ventilation resistance for air exchange on both sides of the mask should less than
49Pa/cm2.
3.Once worn, the mask should cover the wearer's moth, nose and jaw. The dimensions
should be in accordance with the regulations, maximum deviation should not exceed ±5%.
4.Total number of bacterial colonies ≤ 100CFU/g, coliform bacteria, pseudomonas
aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, fungus all can't be
detected.
